How does this work?

Your office is located in Belgium. Your future engineer is currently working in the Philippines or elsewhere in the world. However, the recruitment process and paperwork involved are not all that different from those required for hiring someone locally.
That’s because we take care of everything up to and including the first few months. And even after that, we continue to mentor your new employee.
Initial selection

Client review of CV’s
The client reviews the CV’s and provides feedback on which candidates are suitable. Our recruiters in Belgium then contact the selected candidates.

Technical test for candidates
The candidates are interviewed by a civil engineer and take a technical test based on carefully designed assessments.

Preliminary skype interview
In an initial Skype interview, the Filipino candidates are screened. We assess their attitude, English proficiency, and ability to integrate into a new environment.

Interview with the client
After a successful test and screening, we schedule an online job interview with the client. This gives the client the opportunity to thoroughly assess the candidate on all levels. If there’s a match, our official collaboration begins!

Full support in all areas
We handle all practical matters: travel arrangements to Belgium, necessary documentation, accommodation, transportation … We take care of every detail, right up to the first working day and beyond.
